Orchards are an integral part of the Park’s villages landscape. Farmers grow local fruit tree species. In addition, beer production is expanding with new micro-breweries that revive an ancestral ‘savoir-faire’.

Committed to the ‘AB’ organic approach, these companies are respectful of the environment both in their agricultural practices and in their choice of processing ingredients. Local products by nature, the ‘Valeurs Parc’ certified fruit juices contribute to preserving the valleys’ landscapes. Brewers take pride in processing local malt and hops as they make the most of the purity of the water.
These products can be purchased directly from the brewery, at markets, and in local producers’ shops.
