The diverse landscapes of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Natural Park offer a perfect setting for a wide range of outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, climbing, water sports, and winter sports. The Park actively encourages these activities, ensuring they are enjoyed responsibly and with respect for the fragile wildlife and ecosystems. Let’s embrace the Quietude Attitude!

Hiking for Everyone!

Having a disability should not prevent anyone from enjoying the great outdoors. Within the Park, several organisations offer accessible hiking activities tailored to people with disabilities. Hiking comes in various forms, depending on the type of disability and each individual’s needs. It can be enjoyed on foot, in a joëlette (a one-wheeled all-terrain chair), in an all-terrain wheelchair (FTT), or in winter using snowshoes or a pulka sled.
